Knarloc and Orkhide

April 1, 2010

I was choosing paints last night for the caulk wargaming rivers ‘river and water’ areas and did an internal audit of my Citadel paints in order to work out how many pots I would need to buy today when I stumbled across my pot of Orkhide Shade. It looked like a good green for water – too good not to use. It set me to gathering all my colour swatches and rethinking my selections.

Today I decided to do the majority of the painting using Orkhide Shade and Knarloc Green, so I bought up multiple pots of these and am looking to a long weekend of experimenting with them, as I have no other WWII projects at the moment.
